Nobody said that life was easy and sometimes, it can be downright hard. This is especially true if you find yourself in a situation where you have a lot on your plate and perhaps you aren’t able to take care of it all.

Nobody knows this better than Morgan King. Like many single parents, she does all she can to raise her child in the best way but sometimes, life gets in the way and it gets difficult. This is especially true for her because she is attending college.

As a Therapeutic Recreation major, Morgan knows what it’s like to have to study and do everything you can to get the grade. There are times, however, when life gets in the way and she discovered this recently when her three-month-old daughter needed her attention.

Morgan was unable to find anyone to care for the child so she figured she would have to skip class. It isn’t something that she wanted to do, but she was hoping that the professor would be lenient.

The single mother reached out to the professor and asked him to forgive her for missing class. He got back with her, but he did so in a way she wasn’t expecting. It caused her to break down in tears.

People everywhere love the fact that this professor was willing to have the child in class. In fact, when she was a few minutes late the next day, he was even a little disappointed that she did bring her daughter with her.

You don’t see this type of kindness very often but when you do, it really makes you feel good.
