  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  1. Prepare the Chocolate Cheesecake Filling:
    • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

  2. Make the Oreo Crumble:
    • Place the Oreo cookies in a resealable plastic bag and crush them into small crumbs using a rolling pin or the back of a spoon.
    • Transfer the Oreo crumbs to a bowl and mix in the melted butter until well combined.
  3. Assemble the Parfaits:
    • Layer the bottom of serving glasses or parfait cups with a spoonful of Oreo crumble.
    • Next, add a layer of the chocolate cheesecake filling on top of the Oreo crumble.
    • Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of chocolate cheesecake filling.
  4. Chill:
    • Cover the parfaits with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and the filling to set.
  5. Garnish and Serve:
    • Before serving, top each parfait with a dollop of whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and fresh berries if desired.
  6. Enjoy:
