She delivered pizza to rusty trailer for years, but never saw the inside – One peek made a startling discovery

Domino’s Delivery Driver Restores Faith in Humanity

A Loyal Customer Goes Missing

Angela Nguyen, a longtime Domino’s employee, has delivered thousands of pizzas throughout her career. Among her many customers was Lee Haase, who ordered pizza every Saturday without fail.

However, one day, the orders suddenly stopped, and Angela became concerned.

While most people might not have thought twice about it, Angela’s instincts led her to check on her loyal customer.

Arriving at Lee’s home, Angela discovered that a large portion of the roof was missing due to a powerful storm that had occurred earlier. Unfortunately, Lee couldn’t afford to repair his house. Around the same time, he also lost his son in a snowmobile accident, leaving him in a very difficult situation.

Angela tried to find Lee, but he was nowhere to be found. Her daughter, who also delivers pizzas, learned that Lee was living in a rusty trailer near his home. Sadly, the trailer lacked heat, water, a sewage outlet, and electricity.

A Community Rallies to Help

Moved by Lee’s plight, Angela decided to take action.

“I thought we gotta do something. We can’t let a human being live like this,” she said.

Angela’s first step was to provide an electric heater for Lee. Next, she started a crowdfunding campaign that quickly gained the attention of many community members. People stepped up to donate, and in just two months, $32,360 was raised.

“Every single one of us enjoyed doing this. This ain’t all for Lee. We all benefited,” Angela said.

With the funds raised, Lee was able to purchase a new trailer and begin a new chapter in his life.

Delivering More Than Just Pizza

Angela’s kindness went beyond delivering pizza; she delivered a new home to Lee. This heartwarming story is a reminder that there are still people with hearts of gold whose kind deeds can restore faith in humanity.
